Mission Statement

This SOP governs the HSB operations within the OPP Department environment, outlining procedures of traffic enforcement. The purpose of this standard operating procedure (SOP) is to establish guidelines for the use of the motorcycle and related equipment, including its use as an emergency vehicle in accordance with Ontario and to promote the safety of officers and the public.
